This site collects as little as it can. No analytics, no advertising, and no tracking across sites.

What we collect
When you send the contact form, we receive what you type into it:
- Your name and work email.
- Your company and company website.
- The type of enquiry and your message.
What we record with it
So we know which channel produced an enquiry, we store the campaign, referral or event parameters carried by the link you arrived through, the page you landed on, the page you sent the form from, the site that referred you, your language, and the time you sent it.
We do not store your IP address. Nothing on this site profiles you or follows you to other sites.
Why we are allowed to
To answer you, and to prepare work you have asked about. Where answering is not itself a step towards a contract, the basis is our legitimate interest in replying to a business enquiry and in knowing which channel produced it.
Cookies and browser storage
This site sets no analytics or advertising cookies.
If you arrive through a campaign or event link, those parameters sit in your browser's session storage until you close the tab, so that the enquiry you send carries them. They never leave your browser except with an enquiry you choose to send.
Cloudflare, which serves this site, may set a strictly necessary cookie when it has to protect the site from abuse.
Who else can see it
Cloudflare hosts the site and stores enquiries in a database located in the European Union.
Web3Forms delivers the notification email to PageRadar.
Nobody else receives your enquiry. It is never sold, and it is never used for advertising.
How long we keep it
An enquiry that does not become work is deleted 24 months after your last contact with us.
An enquiry that becomes an engagement is kept for as long as the engagement runs. The invoices and accounting records that follow from it are kept for as long as Portuguese law requires, which is a separate obligation.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, object to us holding it, or ask for it in a portable form. Write to the address below and we will act on it.
You can also complain to the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados, the Portuguese supervisory authority.
Changes
This page carries the date it was last changed. If what we collect changes, that date changes with it.
