Digital Reality 90-Day Sprint
Find where your competitors appear and your company is missing. Fix outdated information, close source gaps and improve your presence across the web and AI.

- Duration
- 90 days, fixed scope
The problem
Your competitors are present in places your company may be missing. Buyers and AI assistants read review sites, comparisons, directories, marketplaces and knowledge sources. Some of those sources carry a retired name, an old domain or a product you stopped selling. Others carry no listing at all.
What you gain
Be present where buyers research
Improve coverage across the sources that shape discovery and purchasing decisions in your category.
Correct outdated information
Retired names, old domains, duplicate profiles, abandoned listings and product facts that stopped being true.
Close the gaps with competitors
See which sources carry competing brands, and which of those remain open to you.
Make your company easier to understand
Consistent facts and useful product information, stated the same way wherever a system reads them.
Spend on sources that matter
Judge free and paid placements on audience, traffic, relevance and likely value, before any money moves.
See measurable progress
Track corrections, new listings, editorial inclusion and AI citations against the baseline we started from.
What we do
- Study the specific pages and platforms that decide a category, rather than working from a generic directory list.
- Rank the work by source relevance, search demand, competitor presence and the effort each correction takes.
- Recommend the free route wherever the evidence behind a paid placement is thin.
- Give every action an owner, a status and a next step.
- Run agent-assisted research and submissions, with a consultant reviewing anything that changes how you are described.
- Re-run the same benchmark later, so progress is measured against the number we started from.
How it works
Map
Identify the third-party sources that carry weight in your category and market.
Benchmark
Compare your presence, accuracy and AI citations against the competitors you actually meet in deals.
Fix
Claim and correct existing profiles, resolve inaccurate records and make your entity consistent across them.
Expand
Pursue the sources you are missing: review platforms, editorial opportunities, commerce and integration surfaces.
Measure
Track new coverage, corrected records, approvals, AI citations and competitor movement.
How we use the framework
We compare your Business Reality, Stated Reality and Internet Reality to identify the gap that is limiting visibility, trust or accurate representation.
We close the distance between your Business Reality and the Internet Reality that search and AI actually read.

Who does the work
PageRadar does the work. We claim and correct profiles, write the listing copy, make the submissions and follow each one through moderation until it is live or refused.
Accounts your company controls, requests to your own customers for reviews, and anything that needs your authorisation stay with you.
Case study
TwentyThree, a video marketing platform, benchmarked against the 59 sources that decide its category.
- TwentyThree appeared on 10 of the 59 sources. Its closest competitor appeared on 45.
- Only 2 of its 10 appearances were healthy.
- Existing profiles carried a retired company name, an outdated domain and records nobody had claimed.
- The first plan ran to 44 prioritised actions.
- A major review platform: profile claimed, rewritten and submitted for approval.
- A software alternatives site: name correction requested.
- A SaaS directory: listing verified and updated.
- Further category directories: submissions started.
These are baseline findings and the work that started from them. They are not evidence of an increase in AI citations, and this engagement is too young to claim one.
Who it is for
- B2B software companies underrepresented on review and comparison sites.
- Consumer brands missing from the retail, editorial and product-discovery sources their buyers use.
- Companies after a rebrand, an acquisition, a product change or a move into new markets.
- Marketing teams investing in AI search visibility without a source-level plan.
- Companies that appear inaccurately or inconsistently in AI answers.
Common questions
How is this different from an AI visibility tracking tool?
A tracker tells you how often you are mentioned. This works on the reason. We find the sources those answers are built from, correct what they say about you and pursue the ones you are missing.
How is it different from the Digital Reality Audit?
The Digital Reality Audit investigates how you are represented and why. The Sprint takes source-level gaps and closes them. Many companies run the Audit first, and the Sprint acts on part of what it finds.
Does PageRadar implement the recommendations?
Yes. We claim and correct profiles, prepare listing copy and handle submissions. Work beyond the agreed scope is scoped and priced separately, and accounts you control stay with you.
Which third-party sources are covered?
The ones that decide your category, which differ by industry. Review sites, directories, comparison and alternatives pages, marketplaces, retailer listings, editorial round-ups and knowledge sources. The map comes first, so the list is yours rather than generic.
Are paid listings included in the fee?
No. Placement costs are yours and are quoted separately. We give each one a verdict with the evidence behind it, and we say so when the free route is the better buy.
Can you guarantee more mentions in ChatGPT or Perplexity?
No, and treat anyone who does with care. These systems change without notice. What we can do is correct the evidence they read and measure what moves against a baseline.
How soon can we measure changes?
Corrections and new listings are visible as they are approved, which takes days to weeks per source depending on who moderates it. Changes in how AI systems describe you follow the sources, and are measured against the baseline rather than guessed at.
Can the Sprint cover multiple countries and languages?
Yes. Sources differ by market, so each one is mapped separately and the plan says which markets it covers.
