Situation
What changed?
With Company entered an expansion phase. More services, more work to show, and a site whose structure had been right for a smaller version of the business.
Problem
Where was the company misrepresented?
The existing architecture could not absorb what was coming. New work and new services would have been added wherever there was room, and the resulting structure would have described the agency’s history rather than its offer.
Approach
What did PageRadar investigate?
We looked at how the market searches for what the agency actually sells, where topical authority could realistically be built, and which structural decisions would be expensive to reverse later.
Action
What changed?
We guided site architecture, topical authority and search strategy decisions so the structure would hold as the business kept changing shape.
Outcome
What improved?
An architecture sized for where the agency was going rather than where it had been, and a set of decisions recorded clearly enough to guide work after the engagement ended.
